Event Flowchart

1. Participants will be given 50 minutes for making the Poster.
2. Another 1 minute will be provided for explaining the idea.

General Rules:

o Each participant must carry their respective college ID
o Participants must carry their own materials (colors, brushes, etc.)
o A3 size chart paper will be provided by the university
o Coordinators will be assigned to observe the contest and report any problems to Contest Committee
o Poster can be made using pencil, crayon, water color, oil paint, etc. Photographs, wires, other 3D objects, printouts won’t be acceptable. It should be original and handmade.
o Poster should contain name, registration number and college name on the bottom right corner.
