This event will entice you into improving your photography and editing skills. It will be conducted in two phases Photo Walk and Editing Phase

Event Flowchart

⮚⮚ 1st phase, i.e., the Photo Walk will allow all the participants to walk around the RGU campus to click the photographs with their mobile devices.

⮚⮚ 2nd phase, i.e., the Editing or Post Processing will be conducted in a room where all the participants will gather after the completion of 1st phase.

General Rules and Regulations:

1. You should register for the contest in lonewolf. No team formation is allowed.
2. Each participant must have to carry their respective college ID.
3. A participant is not restricted to participation in any number of events as long as the event timings do not clash.
4. Participants should go through the event rules and adhere to the specifics.
5. All events will commence at the scheduled time.

Code of Conduct:

1. The decorum of the event should be maintained at all times and indiscipline of any sort might invalidate the eligibility of the participant.
2. The Royal Assam Global University is a designated tobacco-free zone, and hence such substances including all forms of tobacco, drugs, and any other substances of abuse are strictly prohibited.
3. Participants are requested to avoid using plastic in the campus. Also, all garbage should be disposed off in the designated garbage bins.

Eligibility:

1. To ensure maximum participation and eliminate disparity among the interested contenders, only university students are eligible for the event.
2. Students from any stream, semester/year can participate.
3. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Executive Board shall be final.

Event Rules & Regulations:

1. Images captured only by mobiles will be accepted.
2. Participants can come at any time in the university to click their required photos.
3. Participants need to assemble in the venue given by the coordinators at 2:00 pm on the event day.
4. Participants using any other camera devices like DSLR, point-and-shoot or mirrorless, etc. will be disqualified.
5. Images must be captured in the public areas of college premises.
6. A minimum of 5 images and maximum of 6 images must be submitted in jpeg file after post processing in a WhatsApp number that will given on the day of the event.
7. Image correction and colour grading/balancing are permitted.
8. Manipulated pictures will be rejected.
